The Thailand Executive HR Forum is an exclusive peer group of Human Resource Salary and Benefits, Insurance, Healthcare Services Research and Education Directors and other leading professionals in the Human Resource and Talent Management Sectors.
Meetings
There are ten plenary meetings per year, commencing with a networking breakfast followed by a two-hour session, of which one hour is devoted to presentations and one hour to roundtable discussion on the primary meeting topic.
Meeting topics cover the full range of issues of concern to Human Resource Management, including salaries and benefits, recruitment and termination, personnel assessment and grading, job description, department organisation and changing functions, education and training, health, welfare and benefits, trade union relations, conciliation and joint consultation, employee involvement in corporate social responsibility, human rights monitoring, gender issues workplace ethics and relationships, dispute resolution labour law and regulations and many other topics of relevant. Members are invited to propose topics and take an active role inpresentations and panels.

The Thailand Executive HR Forum will publish a periodic newsletter giving meeting reports with documentation, statistics, and updates on HR developments in Thailand and elsewhere, available only to Forum members.
Members also have access to the extensive publication range of the Society of Human Resource Management through a specially-discounted supplementary subscription.

Membership
Memberships are corporate and not individual. The primary member is the seniormost Human Resource Director or Manager in the member company. An alternate member may be nominated to attend meetings together with or in place of the primary member.
Members receive one set of hard-copy publications and may also opt to receive publications by soft-copy email.

The Thailand Executive HR Forum has an advisory panel to consult on topics of meetings and services to members. The advisory panel will assure that the Thailand Executive HR Forum meets members’needs by setting specific topic agendas and research to address issues relevant to senior HR leaders in Thailand.

Society of Human Resource Management
The Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) is an international organization dedicated to ensure the highest international standards, and to initiate the sharing of best practices for HR.
